Secure and durable, low failure rate. Small volume, easy to storage. Print out the pictures on normal paper. Cut the picture to proper size by circle cutter (plastic cutter or metal cutter), the size of picture should be the same as transparent film. Set the bottom mould on the machine.

Put the badge metal cover into the top cover mould. Put the picture on the cover.

Then put the transparent film on the picture, press the badge making machine. Add pin on the bottom cover and put it into cover mould.

Move back the mould base to the cover mould, press the badge making machine. 1 x Badge Maker Machine(red color). 1 x Circle Cutter(fit with 58 mm). 1 x Mold(upper mold and base mold). 500 x Badge parts(500 pcs badge inner and 500 pcs badge outer and 500 pcs film).
